RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM InstraStore.COM CAN BE EXCHANGED WITHIN 7 DAYS ONLY IF
THE ITEM(S) IS FAULTY, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to email@example.com and calling at +92-302-0261000 and WhatsApp us at +92-302-0261000, to proceed with exchange or return process.
Replacement on domestic orders will be sent once the defected/faulty/damaged item is received by InstraStore
Products/items purchased online can only be exchanged through online, if you notify us through the mediums mentioned above within 7 days. InstraStore has the authority to refuse any exchanges if the return process is not followed by the customer.
There are some cases where InstraStore will not accept any returns & exchanges. Such cases include, but are not limited to the following:
- Sale items
- Product is damaged because of use
- Product has been tampered
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
- Exchange or return request is made outside the specified time frame (after 7 days)
InstraStore does not offer any “refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items, except in-case of prepayments where the items are Sold-out or contain any manufacturing defects.
In-case of refund, your payment will be credited directly in your account/credit/debit card within 10 days once the item is returned.
InstraStore reserves the right to change their “Exchange and Return” policy, without any prior notification.
